He pursued MBBS from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College in 1999, MD - General Medicine from Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in 2005, and DNB - Nephrology from Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai in 2009.

He has had training under the well-known Dr. Ho Yung Lee, MD, Ph.D., Director of Nephrology & Chief of the Institute of Kidney Disease.

He has also received a Travel Grant for scientific peritoneal Dialysis course at Yonsei University, Severance Hospital, South Korea
