Dr. Ritwick Bhuyan is a renowned Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgeon with over 27 years of experience.

He has been involved in nearly 15,000 open-heart procedures and has independently performed over 7,000 open-heart surgeries.

His expertise includes repairing ASD and VSD, mitral and aortic valve replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting (both on and off pump), mitral valve repair, and minimally invasive mitral and aortic valve replacement.

He did his MBBS at Gauhati Medical College, followed by an MS in General Surgery from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh.

He completed his MCh in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Science and Technology in 2001.
