Dr. Subrat Kumar Acharya is a renowned Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with over 38years of experience.
His areas of expertise include acute and chronic liver failure, primary liver cancer, viral hepatitis, and transplant hepatology.
He completed his MBBS at Berhampur University in 1975. He then pursued his MD in General Medicine from Utkal University, Orissa, India, graduating in 1980.
He further specialized with a DM in Gastroenterology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, in 1982.
