Dr. Tapan Kumar Dash is a well-known Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon with more than 30 years of experience.
His areas of expertise include managing persistent truncus arteriosus, hypoplastic left heart syndrome, atrial septal defect, tricuspid and pulmonary atresia, as well as aortic and mitral valve conditions.
Dr. Tapan has performed more than 7000 congenital and other heart surgeries to date.
He did his MBBS in 1994 from SCB Medical College, Odisha, and his MS (Surgery) in 1999 from AIIMS, New Delhi.
Later, he pursued fellowships in paediatric cardiac surgery from Children's Hospital of Michigan, USA, in 2007 and Medical University of South Carolina, USA, in 2008.
