Dr. Umesh Tukaram is a Neurologist with over 35 years of experience.

He specialises in pituitary diseases treatment, interspinous process decompression, brain tumour surgery, spinal cord stimulator implantation, sleep disorder treatment, brain surgery, cerebrospinal fluid shunt surgery, cranial Cyberknife radiosurgery, artificial cervical disc replacement, Parkinson's disease treatment, nerve and muscle disorders, and micro-endoscopic discectomy.

He did his MBBS in 1989 from Dr B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bengaluru, followed by a D.M. from B.Y.L. Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai, in 1997.

He received the first rank in the D.M. Neurology Residency Programme at Bombay University, Bombay, India.

Later, he earned an M.D. in General Medicine from M R Medical College, Gulbarga, in 1993.

He is a member of the Indian Epilepsy Society and the Neurology Society of India.
