Middle-Aged Man from Kenya Undergoes Successful Kidney Transplant in India

Daniel, a 46-year-old school principal from Kenya, had been living with chronic kidney disease for several years. Frequent dialysis sessions had taken a toll on his health, energy, and quality of life. His doctors advised a kidney transplant, but due to the lack of specialized transplant facilities in his city, he began exploring treatment options abroad.

During a health awareness event in Nairobi, Daniel met a representative from The Medical Trip Health, who introduced him to the possibility of getting treated in India. Upon arrival in India, Daniel was admitted to Apollo Hospitals, Chennai, under the care of transplant specialist Dr. Arvind Mishra. The surgery, which lasted six hours, was a success, and within days Daniel began to regain strength and stability in his health.
